CHARACTERISTICS
The grapes are manually harvested and vinified in rosè (the skins stay in contact with the must for 12 hours). Refermentation in autoclave occurs at a controlled temperature of 14-15° C. The wine is then cold stabilized for a week at a temperature of -3° C and lastly filtered and bottled.
